4. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled up until the moment of shipment. Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

8. VAT Exemption
Lommerse Quality Ports & Wines is registered under the Dutch Small Business Scheme (Kleineondernemersregeling – KOR). As such, we do **not charge VAT (Value Added Tax)** on our products, and no VAT will be shown on invoices.
