Quinta do Noval Centenário Extra Virgin Olive Oil Quinta do Noval Centenário is a limited-production extra virgin olive oil made from carefully selected olives grown on the historic Quinta do Noval estate in the Douro Valley. Produced primarily from Verdeal, Madural and Cordovil, the olives come from old trees with naturally low yields. The olives are traditionally ground using granite millstones and processed by low-temperature centrifugation before light filtration.
