Quinta do Noval Colheita 1937
A truly exceptional and historic Colheita Port, originating from the 1937 harvest and aged continuously in seasoned oak casks at Quinta do Noval.
Drawn from the oldest remaining pipa at Quinta do Noval, this wine has spent nearly nine decades maturing slowly in wood, resulting in an extraordinary level of concentration, complexity, and refinement. Only an extremely limited number of bottles are released from this cask each year, making it one of the rarest Colheitas in existence.
Unlike Vintage Port, which is bottled early, this single-harvest Tawny remains in cask for decades, developing profound layers of dried fruits, spices, nuts, and oxidative nuances.
Each Colheita reflects both its year and its origin. The 1937 stands apart for its rarity, depth, and historical significance. Bottled on demand in minute quantities, it represents a unique snapshot of time, preserved in wood.
A collector’s wine, but above all, a singular drinking experience that cannot be replicated.
