It shows a medium lemon color and an intense, aromatic profile of cling peach, apricot, quince, mandarin, and subtle Neroli, layered with honeycomb, nougat, almonds, cinnamon, mango, and pineapple. On the palate, savory notes of dried oregano and orange pith complement marmalade and lemon buttercream, while bright acidity balances an earthy, salted-caramel richness and minerality. Dry yet vibrant, it has remarkable depth, freshness, and excellent ageing potential.
