Château Dauzac draws its character from deep gravel soils and a Cabernet Sauvignon-led blend, with Merlot filling in the roundness and silkiness. The bouquet takes its time — give it air and it opens into real complexity, layering fruit, floral and spice notes over a firm structural core.

On the palate the wine shows deep colour and a tight balance between ripe tannin and fruit concentration, built for the long haul rather than early drinking. This is a Margaux made for the cellar, with the structure to develop over years.
