Made from 100% organically grown Verdejo in Rueda, each estate parcel is harvested by hand and vinified separately. The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in French oak barrels and is aged for 10 months on its lees, adding depth, texture and complexity.
The 2024 vintage is elegant and beautifully balanced, offering aromas of white stone fruit, delicate flowers and subtle toasted oak, with a touch of anise. Rich and silky on the palate, it is lifted by vibrant freshness, mineral precision and a long, refined finish that showcases the distinctive character of great Verdejo.
