Belondrade Quinta Apolonia is the entry point into the Belondrade estate range — a single-estate Verdejo from Quinta San Diego in Rueda, made by blending parcels fermented in stainless steel with those fermented in oak barrels. The result sits between freshness and structure: more approachable than the flagship Belondrade y Lurton, but with the same commitment to terroir-driven Verdejo.

Named after Didier Belondrade's eldest daughter, Apolline.

Annual production: 65,000 bottles.
