Conceived as the most varietal expression of the Quinta San Diego estate, Belondrade Quinta Apolonia is the result of the year’s first assemblage. It combines the freshness of the parcels fermented in stainless steel tanks with the structure and complexity of those that fermented in oak barrels. Belondrade Quinta Apolonia is named after Didier’s eldest daughter, Apolline Belondrade.
