Family-run Champagne house based in Chouilly, at the heart of the Côte des Blancs. Founded in 1808, the estate is renowned for crafting exceptionally pure Blanc de Blancs Champagnes made exclusively from Grand Cru Chardonnay. Except for this Rosé, which is composed of 92% Chardonnay and 8% Pinot Noir.
 
Complex and subtly smoky, it combines a vibrant freshness with a savoury, mouth-watering edge that makes it extremely moreish in the glass. There is real precision here, with lifted fruit, chalky tension and a refined, structured finish. A rosé that delivers both immediate pleasure and serious depth, showing impressive balance and length throughout.
