Quinta do Noval LBV Unfiltered 2017 Quinta do Noval LBV Unfiltered 2017 is a Late Bottled Vintage Port from a single year, matured in wooden casks before being bottled without filtration. This preserves more of the wine's natural character and allows it to develop further in bottle. The 2017 vintage was exceptionally hot and dry, producing wines with remarkable concentration and intensity. Despite the challenging conditions, the grapes remained healthy and developed excellent aromatic expression, ripe fruit and firm structure. A rich and powerful LBV with concentrated dark fruit, floral notes, spice and firm tannins, balanced by fresh acidity and a long finish. Contains natural sediment and should be decanted before serving.
