This preserves more of the wine's natural character and allows it to develop further in bottle. The 2016 vintage produced a particularly structured and concentrated LBV, with ripe black fruit, violets, spice and firm tannins balanced by fresh acidity. A powerful, full-bodied LBV with excellent depth and length, and a style that can continue to develop in bottle. Contains natural sediment and should be decanted before serving.
