Quinta do Noval Colheita 1976 shows the hallmark maturity of long cask ageing with precision rather than excess. A single-harvest Tawny, fully developed yet remarkably fresh. The profile is layered and complex: dried fig, orange peel, toasted almond, caramel and spice, with a subtle oxidative lift.

The palate is seamless and focused, with integrated sweetness, vibrant acidity and a refined, almost weightless texture. No heaviness—just length, balance and detail. The finish is long, saline-tinged and persistent.
