Cantina Terlan Nova Domus Riserva

One of South Tyrol's most iconic white wines. Nova Domus is a blend of 70% Pinot Bianco, 25% Chardonnay and 5% Sauvignon Blanc, sourced from old vineyards at 300–600 metres altitude in the Terlano appellation. Hand-harvested, fermented slowly in large oak barrels and aged 12 months on the lees before blending. The Riserva designation reflects both the extended ageing and the patience required for this wine to show its full complexity.

On the nose: apricot, mandarin, herbs and spice with a mineral undercurrent. On the palate: creamy and structured, with precise acidity and a long finish. Builds in the glass over time.
