Belondrade y Lurton is the flagship wine of the Belondrade estate in Rueda — consistently one of Spain's most acclaimed white wines. The 2023 is an assemblage of 23 organically farmed plots on the Quinta San Diego estate, all hand-harvested and vinified separately. 95% Verdejo, fermented spontaneously in French oak barrels of 300–500 litres, then aged 10 months on the lees. Bottled July 2024, released after a minimum of five additional months in bottle.

The 2023 shows ripe and spicy character — peach, yellow fruit, pollen and hay, with a core of mineral salinity and the classical bitter finish typical of old-vine Verdejo. 14% alcohol.
